These Terms and Conditions (this “Agreement”) constitute a legally binding agreement between You and Hytch Giant Technologies Limited governing your use of the Hytch application, website, and technology Site (collectively, the “Hytch Site” or “Site”).
If You are accessing our Site on behalf of a company or organisation, You agree to the Agreement on behalf of that organisation and represent that You have authority to bind that company or organisation to the terms contained herein. If You do not have such authority, You must not accept this Agreement and must not use the Services accessible under it.
You agree that by accessing our Site, You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms and Conditions. If You do not agree with all the Terms and Conditions, then You are expressly prohibited from using our Site and You must discontinue use immediately.
The information provided on our Site is not intended for distribution to or use by any person or entity in any jurisdiction or country where such distribution or use would be contrary to law or regulation or which would subject Us to any registration requirement within such jurisdiction or country.

Hytch reserves the right to modify any information referenced in the hyperlinks from this Agreement from time to time, and such modifications shall become effective upon posting.
DEFINITIONS AND INTERPRETATIONS
Services: means the mobile electronic services provided by Hytch (or at the direction of Hytch Giant Technologies Limited) rendered via a digital technology platform, as a network orchestrator, connecting passengers with drivers, connecting a network of drivers and passengers through a mobile device application and providing options and varieties to the service; such Services include access to the Hytch App and Hytch related software, websites, payment services and related support services systems, as may be updated or modified from time to time.
You/Your: a Driver, User or any other individual or entity or end user accessing our Site, its contents, submitting the registration form, or participating in the Services offered through our Site, whether personally or on behalf of an entity.
We/Us/Our: www.hytch.africa, hytch.africa related parties and/or hytch.africa partners.
Any use of the above or other words in the singular, plural, capitalisation and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.
